Refund Policy - The Basics
At Pā Hale Yard Service, I take pride in providing consistent, high-quality care with aloha. Because yard services involve time, tools, and travel, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been completed.
However, I stand by my work.
If you’re ever unsatisfied with a visit, please reach out within 24 hours and I’ll do my best to make it right — whether that’s a touch-up or a credit toward your next service.
Missed Services or Cancellations:

If I’m unable to complete your service due to weather or unexpected delays, I’ll reschedule at the soonest available time or offer a credit if I cannot return.

If you need to cancel or skip a visit, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may still be charged.
Prepaid Monthly Plans:

Monthly yard maintenance fees are non-refundable once service begins, but unused services may be credited to the following month at my discretion.
