One-time weed control service without a monthly service plan, depending on the size of your yard. Please contact me to request a quote.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Scope This service includes front yard mowing, edging, blowing, and light weed control twice per month. Additional services like backyard care, plant care, or deep weed removal may be scheduled for an additional fee. 2. Scheduling & Weather Services are provided approximately every two weeks. In case of rain or severe weather, your service may be rescheduled to the next available day. 3. Confirmation & Payment Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation of your service schedule within 24 hours. An invoice will be sent after service schedule confirmation. Service will not begin until payment is made in full. Monthly payment is due on the first of each month prior to commencement of service. A $10 late fee applies after 5 days. 4. Access & Safety Please ensure pets are secured and any gates are unlocked on your scheduled day. I’m not responsible for damage due to hidden objects or obstacles in the yard. 5. Cancellations If you need to skip a visit, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may still be charged.
